Order Process

After placing your order you will receive an automatic email from our Sales department. This email will includes you order number, total price and general information about payment. After this you will receive another email from our managers in sales department regarding your order and estimated shipping time details. We need your payment info in order to put the ordert in queue, without this info we have no chance to know if you made a payment or not. When we receive this info we put your order in queue right away. We reserve your products and send to shipping department after we confirm your payment. The shipment is usually done in 2-3 business days.
