• Yes we can prove that our packages go worldwide (please note that Germany and Australia are not in our customs seize guarantee zone) safely.

I saved an order to the store now what shall I do?

• Once you saved an order to our store you will receive an automatic email from us regarding your order. If you can't see any email in 5 mins after you place your order please check your spam box. Sometimes our emails went through there instead of inbox. In couple of hours you will receive another email from us confirming your order and giving you additional info about your shipping time and etc.

Are your products are fake? How can I understand your product's authenticity ?

• Our products are genuine made and packed by Optimum Pharma and Iron Pharma. Each injectable product you'll receive got a hologram on it proving the product's authenticity.

What are your shipping methods?

• We have 2 different type of shipping. Free shipping (Default shipping method). You will receive your order in 10-21 business days depending on your location. EMS (Emergency Mail System) is a faster shipping type. You will receive your order 3-8 days depending on your location. You can get further information from Shipping page.

What are your payment methods? Can I use my credit card?

• We accept Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank to bank (directly from your account to ours) transfer . You can use your credit card through Western Union. Western Union offers online credit card usage from 14 countries including United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands and more. We accept Transferwise payments as well. It's very simple and fast.We accept Bank to bank (directly from your account to ours) transfer. Since it takes about a week to receive the money from the bank the shipping process may extend couple of days.

Why didn't I get any email from you after even though I saved an order ?

• We have an automatic message system that sends emails when you save an order but sometimes our emails can go to your spam box. Please do not forget to check your spam box if you saved an order to our store and didn't get any emails. One of our sales managers will contact you immediately after you saved your order to learn that how can we help you further.
